i submitted a support request a week ago because the "authentication of this product couldnt be verified". the case is in work for 3 days now without a response. Very cool that i cant use a product i bought (over steam) and the costumor service ignores all my requests for a month now.

I can only apologise for the delay to responding to your ticket. If you still haven't got a reply, please rest assured that we will get to it and will need to be handled through the ticket as it's not something we can fully discuss in a public channel. 

However, I can tell you here that this error usually means you launched and linked the game originally whilst logged in to a different Ubisoft account, so please check the username in top of Ubisoft Connect and see if you remember having another one. Then try logging in with any other email addresses you own. 

If you can't remember having another account or the details for it, we will need to handle it through your support ticket and we will need you to provide uncropped images of your purchase in your Steam transaction history as well as the information below:

1) C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

Can you see more than 1 profile ID here for more than 1 account? If so, please can you copy and paste the profile ID's in the ticket so we can check those accounts? You may also provide a screenshot of those.

2) If you only had 1 profile ID in the folder above, please provide your 17 digit Steam ID, as this may be able to help us find the original account it was linked to. You can find this on your Steam profile page. There will be a URL link near the top. The Steam ID will be the 17 digits at the end of the link. 

3) Alternatively, if you can tell us any other usernames or email addresses you have, we can search for those to find any other accounts you own where the game may have linked to.

If you haven't provided any of that info in your ticket already, please update it as soon as possible to help speed up the resolution to your issue.
