Hello,

I have been getting GPU error messages and am unable to play the game since the Halloween 2021 update.

I have updated drivers, reinstalled and verified all files.

It has been MONTHS since i have been able to play the game. I have had no prior issues before this.

Is there an Issue with the patches for Windows 7 64 bit that Ubisoft has not announced?

Any info appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you have been encountering GPU error messages which have left you unable to play since Halloween despite having no issues previously.

It is great to hear you have already followed some troubleshooting steps by ensuring that all your drivers are up to date and files are verified.

It would be great if you could supply the error codes you have been getting, these really help us in identifying exactly what is happening.
