Get set. Bake! Welcome back to the Great Fall Bake-Off! Mrs. Appleton is back to host the event and will help you to find ingredients for baking, guiding you through the questline.

The Great Bake-Off will begin again on August 17th and run until August 31st!

Much like last year's event, you take part in a baking contest. Collect all the ingredients needed and bake as many delectable recipes as possible! This year as well, we have some awesome prizes to win, as well as a chance to win some prizes from previous years!



It's time to preheat your ovens as this contest is all about baking! In order to bake, you're going to need Ingredients! Baked goods will be made with 1 to 3 Ingredients from our 5 freshly picked or prepared Ingredients.

You can find them by completing quests in the Fall Event questline. You will have 33 rush quests available to you immediately, and one quest for every day of the event, giving a total of 47 quests. Like last year, there will be 2 rush questlines that run parallel to one another. The first has 18 and the second 15 quests. The second questline is activated, once 4 of the first one have been completed!

You can also earn ingredients by completing Daily Challenges, and by collecting Incidents around your city. You'll also get free Ingredients from special daily quests, so be sure to log in every day to collect them!

	Once you've collected some ingredients, it's time to prepare your Signature Bake! Open the event window, and choose one of the available recipes using a combination of the 5 available ingredients. Each recipe will produce a prize, and a chance to win the Daily Special! You will also receive stars for each successful bake, which pushes you closer to the Grand Prize! Once you've filled the table with delicious treats, you'll be rewarded with the Grand Prize. You will receive 1, 2 or 3 stars, depending on how complex your baking is!
	But that's not all! Every time you earn stars, you will also move further up the 'League Table'. The players with the most progress will be rewarded with extra special prizes! But be aware, other players may want to also get into the higher ranks, but only a certain amount of players can stay there. Make sure that you always earn yourself plenty of Stars in order to not fall in ranks.
	New this year, you can also purchase the Event Pass, a premium line of buildings and items to collect alongside our regular line of Grand Prizes. There are even special buildings as well as an all new avatar that are exclusive only to this option!

As with all contests, there is a Grand Prize to be won! This year, the Sunflower Oil Press is the building to get! You will start off with Population, Happiness, and Coins. Upgrading to level 2 will produce supplies, with level 3 adding on Goods; and Forge points become available at level 4. Last but not least, level 9 will provide random units of the building's age!

The Donkey Enclosure will be available only through the Premium line of the Event Pass. This building will provide a number of Goods from your Age, Attack and Defence boost for defending army, and when motivated random Goods and 1 random Unit!

Donkey Enclosure (2x2)

The Cobalt Blue Lagoon will also be available only through the Premium line of the Event Pass. This building will produce 1 Forge Point and double the next 2 productions. However, it can only be collected 5 times. After that, it will become inactive and only provide happiness.

Last but not least, you can also earn yourself some beautiful new portraits in this year's event, too. Two can be earned by completing the questline, the other two will be exclusive rewards only with one available in the Fall Prizes portion of the Event Pass, and the last one is available as a reward for earning Gold in the League.

Yep, the Cobalt Blue Lagoon will be available as the first Fall Prizes prize and the Donkey Enclosure as one very far into the Prizes.  

Dear Kings and Queens,

As you may have noticed, there was an issue with the milestone rewards (they were from last year). We have stopped the event and plan for it to restart at around 1-1:30 PM Hamburg time. The following points are to be noted:

• all quests will be restarted so you will have to complete quests you have already done again
• all rewards for completed quests, nevertheless, will be credited, so some of you can get double the rewards

The Event is available on mobile, once you have the version 1.237 (or higher) downloaded and installed.  

Dear Kings and Queens,
We have decided to do some balancing adjustments to the event, the Sunflower Oil Press and the donkey enclosure. Please find the most relevant changes below:

Sunflower Oil Press:

• We have increased the FPs produced (to 12 on its final level)
• Goods don't need motivation anymore and were increased to 10 on the final level
• It will now also provide 2 other random goods, when motivated (with 12 each on the highest level)
• Random unit production on level 9 has been increases to 3

Donkey Enclosure:

• Attack Boost for defending army has been changed to Defense boost for attacking army

General Event Balancing:

• We will increase the Ingredients you receive from quests.
