Over the past few weeks, we've been receiving some reports of performance issues within the Guild Battlegrounds (mobile only).

Thanks to your help, our developers managed to deliver a few improvements, solving the problem for some players - but apparently the problem still persists for others. We truly appreciate your help so far, but we'd like to count on you one more time. Therefore, for those who are still experiencing these technical difficulties while playing GBG, please:

- Create a ticket through the support tool
- If possible, send us a video showing the exact moment when the problem occurs
- Describe the actions you do that trigger the issue, and the exact moment this happens in the video (example: at 0:35 after clicking on button X, the game freezes)

We are sorry for this inconvenience. We are putting a lot of effort to resolve this issue, but we kindly ask you for patience and comprehension.
