[2019] [BUG] Players getting kicked from the group when another player joins the party from the lobby

Some friends and me are playing a lot in Creative Mode. The problem i'm facing is happening every time.

So when me and some friends are playing in creative mode on a given island, and someone else joined the group at that moment and click on Ready (from the main menu) to join the creative mode. Players are (randomly or not ?) kicked from the group so they return to the main menu and kicked from the group.

To "counter" that bug we have to yell "DON'T CLICK ON READY, DON'T CLICK ON READY" when someone join the group. But some times it's too late lol. Plus, to avoid everyone get kicked we have to all click on "Back to the creative hub" and then the one who joined us can click on Ready safely, and noone is kicked. But it means that we have to stop our current game everytime someone join the group.

Do you have any idea ? Does someone have already get that bug ?

PS : We are playing on multiplatform, somes are playing on PC, others on PS4 and others on Xbox.
