[2021] [Patch notes Addition] Feature removal

Hey Everyone,

In the process of putting together the 16.30 release and prepping for 16.40 we forgot to warn you that the ability to put devices into item dispensers for use as inventory items was being removed in 16.30.

As we look to the future of Creative, occasionally we need to remove older features or fix unintended features which make it hard for us to develop new content. This was one of those unintended features which people used to fulfill a need but is now blocking us from doing other things. We understand that there is a legitimate need for something to fulfill the role of the items we’ve removed, and we are working on introducing some more suitable items to properly fill that gap in an upcoming release.

Upadate:
We hotfixed fruits and crafting items into Creative to help with this in the short term. We are working to add key cards and additional items to Creative to provide a direct solution that is better than the playset grenade.
