Please give your internet router a restart. Power cycle your console to clear its cache (turn it off, unplug the power cable, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in).

2. Keep your GPU drivers up-to-date
3. See if your PC is not overheating - if the temperature is too high, it's worth checking by a technician! đ§
