Hey, r/FortniteCreative!

We’re posting to remind everyone that Content Creators who joined the Support-A-Creator program before November 30, 2020, have until April 26, 2021, to migrate to Support-A-Program 2.0.

Content Creators must complete the migration by this date in order to remain in the program. Content Creators who do not complete the migration by this date will be exited from the program with the option to receive a payout of any remaining balance.

How to migrate to Support-A-Creator 2.0? Just follow the steps in this video or in this guide below!

  • Sign in to the Support-A-Creator portal, where you will be prompted to begin the process.

  • Authenticate your social channels with a minimum of 1,000 followers for automated verification.

    • Existing Fortnite Creative Builders in Support-A-Creator 1.0 with fewer than 1,000 social followers should complete this form before migrating through the Support-A-Creator portal. These applicants will be manually reviewed.
  • Accept the new Creator Agreement.

  • If your Support-A-Creator 1.0 payee information is currently incomplete, you will be prompted to complete your payee information. If you do not complete this information within 60 days after accepting the new Creator Agreement, you will be exited from the program.

Content Creators who do not complete the migration are able to re-enter the Support-A-Creator program but under a different Epic account. Anyone who joined Support-A-Creator on or after November 30, 2020, is already in Support-A-Creator 2.0 and therefore doesn’t need to take any action. For more information on Support-A-Creator 2.0 migration, check out our January blog post with an FAQ covering payments, Hyperwallet verification, and more.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for being part of the Epic community! :)

Hi, I'm a Creator that doesn't meet the follower requirements. I submitted my form, but am unable to apply through the portal. What should I do?

Hey, u/The-DoctorQ. Has your form been approved? After your form is approved, you should be able to apply through the portal.

How do we apply as a creative builder to publish maps?

Hey, u/ResiLienceCreative. You can do so through this form!

Edit: And as said by my friend u/iFlak in another comment, after your form is approved, you can apply to SAC here. :)

I'm currently building a map, but have no social accounts, will I still be able to publish it(I've never done one before so idrk how it works)?

Hi there! You will need to have at least one social account. YouTube and Twitch are pretty easy to join and you don't have to use them other than to keep them active. You can then apply through this form, and after you are approved, you can apply to SAC here.

Approximately how much time do we have to wait before we get an email?

Hi, u/SlipperyYayas. The time it takes to review the filled-out form then send out the email varies from submission to submission.

I want to keep my publishing abilities but don't have the 1,000 followers. The link appears to just be a "featured island" submission, so I have to submit an island to keep being able to publish??

Hey, u/Thugnificent559! The form is not an Island submission, but we do ask for a video of you working on your own Island creation. This is for the purpose of verification.

I can’t log on to my epic games account cause the email I was using was an apple iCloud account that had Two-Factor Authentication. I had to reset my phone which I didn’t know until a few days ago that that was the only way of checking my iCloud inbox. I know the email, password and phone number. But every time I try to login to my apple account it needs a Two-Factor Code which I don’t have access to my inbox. And i also have 2 factor on my epic games account which sends a code to my apple account. I have already tried contacting apple about. Sorry if this was a lot I just have a big problem with this :/

You should definitely contact support from help.epicgames.com

Would it take a few days to receive an email? I also am a creator with less than 1000 followers. I submitted the publishing application again on the nineteenth, and it is currently the twenty-first. Just want to know if I'm being impatient or if I have done something incorrectly.

Thanks for the question! Yes, it can take a few days to receive an email.

What happens if your in 2.0 and you don't have enough followers?

As long as you're whitelisted you should be fine.

Whitelisted in the form? Or just the sac 2.0 or something else

When you submit the form, you will be whitelisted, then you can apply to SAC 2.0
