[2019] Anyone else experiencing lighting issues?

I have been experiencing lighting and fog issues for a while. Usually when I join my island to continue working on it, the lighting settings are broken and won't change. The dog settings are fine but they mess up as well from time to time. A dark light is essential to my build and it continues to mess and up and stay at default setting instead of 20%
