[2019] Some music packs are missing from the radio device

I am working on a map, not going to submit it though, which was using the election cruisin' music to spice the atmosphere of the map up. But with this recent patch when I loaded the map the music wasn't playing, so I went over to the radio and the music was gone. Any idea why this is?
