[2019] Building, editing, and reloading are extremely laggy in several playground/creative maps.

In some maps, half the time toggling the build menu, pressing the edit button, and pressing the reload button don’t register, and the other half of the time it takes 1-2 seconds to register. This bug seems to have been in creative for several weeks. Does Epic plan to fix this bug any time soon? It makes zone wars and box fights nearly impossible.
