[2021] Fortnite Crew - Not receiving V-Bucks and subscription appearing as inactive. (As we address issue, some players may be unable to resub.)

**Update (January 10) ** We’re in the process of granting 1,000 V-Bucks to impacted Fortnite Crew subscribers. Along w/ the 1,000 V-Bucks grant, impacted subscribers are receiving a 500 V-Bucks bonus.

If you haven’t received your V-Bucks or see an error message, we’re still completing the process.

Please note: if you’re subscribed to Fortnite Crew on Xbox and seeing an “Unable to claim recurring rewards” error while playing on other platforms, please log back into the game on Xbox to resolve the error message.

Original Update We’re investigating an issue in which Fortnite Crew members are not receiving their V-Bucks and appear inactive despite renewing their subscription in January.

Crew members who renew automatically will continue to be subscribed, but their V-Bucks will be delayed as we work on a fix.

As we work to address this issue, some players may be unable to resubscribe to Fortnite Crew.
