You agree that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entry by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights set forth herein.
WINNER DETERMINATION: Following the conclusion of the Challenge Period, all eligible Entries received will be reviewed and points will be awarded. The entrants who submit the fifteen (15) Entries that receive the highest number of points will be deemed potential winners (each, a “Winning Entrant”). In the event of a tie, the Caption included as part of all such tied Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges to determine the potential Winning Entrant(s) based on the following equally weighted criteria: (1) Creativity, (2) Humor, and (3) Fun Factor. All decisions of the Sponsor and judges are final and binding. Sponsor will not reveal the judging scores for any Entry.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each potential Winning Entrant will be notified by direct message on Twitter within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the Challenge Period, or such other time as reasonably required by Sponsor for such notification. Upon formal notification from Sponsor, a potential Winning Entrant shall have forty-eight (48) hours from the date such notice was sent to respond and provide any information or materials requested by Sponsor, including the Release (as defined below) for purposes of verification of eligibility. Such response from a potential Winning Entrant must be delivered via the platform from which Sponsor’s notification was sent or, at Sponsor’s sole option, another platform or email address specified in the notification.
The date of receipt by Sponsor shall be decisive for a potential Winning Entrant’s compliance with the deadlines set forth in this section. The failure by any such entrant to timely respond to any notification or request for materials or information may result in such entrant’s disqualification as a potential Winning Entrant, in which case such entrant shall not be entitled to win any prizes in connection with the Challenge. In such cases, Sponsor may select the next-highest scoring Entry as an alternate potential Winning Entrant from among the remaining qualified entries received during the Challenge Period. Only three (3) alternate Winning Entrants will be selected, after which the prize shall remain unawarded.
Winning Entrants will also be provided a Prize Acceptance and Release Form (“Release”). Unless restricted by applicable law, a Winning Entrant will be required to complete and submit the Release in accordance with the deadlines set forth in this section.
Sponsor may withhold tax payments on a Winning Entrant’s behalf in its reasonable discretion, using the applicable backup withholding rates, or if required by law or treaty. However, each Winning Entrant is ultimately responsible for any taxes due in connection with any awarded prize such Winning Entrant receives from Sponsor pursuant to Winning Entrant’s participation in the Challenge. Winning Entrants must provide Sponsor with (a) their banking information, as requested by Sponsor, and (b) a completed W-9, W-8BEN, or W-8BENE tax form, including if necessary their U.S. or foreign Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), as appropriate based on their circumstances. Sponsor will not be responsible for any failure to award any prizes in connection with the Challenge arising from incomplete, incorrect, or out of date payment or tax information. A Winning Entrant should please consult his or her tax advisor if he or she has questions on the taxability to the Winning Entrant in connection with the Challenge.

Should any portion of the Challenge be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Challenge and, if terminated, at its discretion, randomly select the potential Winning Entrants from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then these Official Rules shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
