Yes I am able to consistently reproduce this issue, every single try in fact. No work arounds work either.
I recently uninstalled the game, reinstalled and updated and still this bug is here.
I've reported many times in game, on reddit, & complained to the support desk and this issue has never been resolved for ~1 month for me now, its really frustrating not being able to create because of this really bad bug.
Can you please send me the following in a message?
