I know it doesn't surprise anyone but Manta Pack doesn't work in STW, it is reactivated to jumping but it doesn't do anything when you jump in STW.

The OP is referring to the reactive part of the skin not working in STW. There are a handful of reactive cosmetics that do not have a counterpart in STW and will not work. As new reactive effects get released there is no guarantee that they will work in STW.
