[2020] Remove Devil North spawn from Twine Storm shield / Endurance

In 11.50 they have Recently stealth nerfed the terrain so you could no longer put traps on the lip of the step down terrain on devil north entirely making it impossible to trap effectively, with only 2 placeable tiles on the very edge of the bomb. and thus leading to the amplifier.remove devil north spawn to save headaches because this is impossible
