[2019] B.A.S.E. sometimes doesn't show up in trap selection.

Workaround Use the trap wheel picker (not quick trap selection) 2 times, it should show up the second time.

NOTE (1/7/2020): BASE will not show up in the trap wheel if you open it while mid-air or while jumping, this is intended.
