[2020] save the world inventory wipe

hey guys, ive never been a fan of reddit as i find people dont use constructive criticism so this my first ever post on here. So where do i start, last year when the storm king pin came out i never received it and sent multiple messages to epic about with no reply i completed before requirement but i not really bothered about this what i really upset about is that i got wiped and not compensated and when they did reply they said glad to have you part of team have an epic day. i created this reddit account to message magyst and davethebuck about this and still no reply. now i understand they must be busy and all that but lack of communication is ridiculous and im not even a causal player ive spent alot of money on stw with the ultimate pack and lots of vbuck on lamas cause im 131 max durra. i can get a picture of 0 inventory with the time stamp off my ps4 if need proof.
