I don't know if its a glitch or working as intended, but you cant leave ROSIE, until you die or run out of ammo on PC.
EDIT: Apparently you have to bind the key to leave the turret on PC.
Hey everyone. This is a known bug. The button to exit is not automatically keybound. You can manually go in to bind it to the button of your choosing. Here is a trello card to track the progress.
