It’s that time of year where Homebase’s halls are feeling a little… ghostly! Grab your pumpkins, your spice, and let’s dive into everything nice for this year’s haunted festivities. Here’s a rundown of what’s coming over the next 3 weeks! The Fortnitemares content returns to its slumber on November 20.

Week 1 - Fortnitemares Returns for this Season!
Dungeons Return!
For week 1 it’s time to fight monsters, dodge traps, gear up and descend into the depths to confront the raging evil below. They say there are Weapons and Heroes to recruit along the way. Magical Keys, a deep and dark labyrinth, golden coins... sounds like it’s time to do some exploring! Complete Dungeons to unlock Heroes, Candy, a Loading Screen, and more!

Swamp Knight Rises!
A mysterious hero whose Unearthly Treat perk gives him an edge against the Mist Monsters.
- Standard Perk: Unearthly Treat
- Increases Damage vs. Mist Monsters by up to 42% based on the percentage of your missing health.
- Commander Perk: Unearthly Treat+
- Increases Damage vs. Mist Monsters by up to 42% based on the percentage of your missing health. In addition, taking damage has a 45% chance to conjure a Phantasm (targets a nearby enemy, dealing 62 base Energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius, 1.5 second cooldown)
Available from completing Dungeons’ quests!
Mermonster Ken Returns from the Depths!
A freshwater melee master whose From the Depths perk adds massive damage to up-close combat.
- Standard Perk: From the Depths
- Increases Melee Damage by 44% based on the percentage of your missing health.
- Commander Perk: From the Depths+
- Increases Melee Damage by 44% based on the percentage of your missing health. Additionally, melee heavy attack eliminations have a 60% chance to conjure a Phantasm (targets a nearby enemy, dealing 62 base Energy damage in a 0.5 tile radius, 1.5 second cooldown)
Available from completing Dungeons’ quests!
New Save the World Pack!
Starting Tuesday September 8, we’re introducing our second new Save the World pack in the series: The Samurai Scrapper Pack.
Replacing the Metal Team leader Pack; The Samurai Scrapper Pack introduces a new Hero, the Scrapper Spear weapon schematic, Scrapper Sashimono Back Bling, the Samurai Scrapper Challenges, and entry to Save the World. These exclusive Save the World challenges will earn you 1,000 V-Bucks and 1000 X-Ray Tickets.
Note: The Cosmetic items of this pack will be shared through Battle Royale, Save the World and Creative game modes. This new pack series will have no impact on existing Founder daily login rewards or their V-Bucks earned, which is exclusive to early access Founders.

- Freeze melee attackers for 2 second(s). Mist Monsters are slowed by 43%.

Week 2 - Your next great Venture!
Hexsylvania Venture Season!
It’s time to get frightened, Commanders. The next Save the World Ventures season begins on September 10!
The Hexsylvania Venture Zone modifier is the frightful Short Range Modifier. The creepy energies of Hexslyvania's mists protect the Husk by reducing their damage taken from weapons, abilities, and traps!
Overcome this modifier by sending tanky Commanders (or defenders!) within 2 tiles of the Husks to dispel their buff! When Commanders are in range the Husks will take 50% more damage. Enemies may also drop healing potions when defeated, making it easier to recover after going toe-to-toe with them. So break out your favorite short-range Hero builds, and keep an eye out for melee weapons and shotguns!
Compared to last season, Rewards for the Hexsylvania Venture Season have been increased and Superchargers will begin unlocking at earlier levels.

Note: Unfortunately, Apple is blocking Fortnite updates and The new Venture season/zone is not accessible on MacOS, so related quests can not be completed, and Venture levels/rewards can not be gained. MacOS players will remain on the 13.40 build of Fortnite Save the World.

Vlads back at it again and we need your help to send him back to his “eternal” slumber! Complete these bone chilling events to unlock your fair share of Candy, Gold, and Heroes.

Creatures of the night pack a dangerous bite.
- Standard Perk: Phase Siphon
- Dashing through enemies with Phase Shift heals 12 base Health per enemy passed through.
- Commander Perk: Phase Siphon+
- Dashing through enemies with Phase Shift heals 36 base Health per enemy passed through.
Available from the Fortnitemares questline.
Plague Doctor Igor is back!

- Standard Perk: Deep Pockets
- Decreases Smoke Bomb Energy Cost by 38%
- Commander Perk: Deep Pockets+
- Decreases Smoke Bomb Energy Cost by 75%

Week 3 - The Black Blade Returns!
Leap to the Husks and show them who's Ghost Boss Material with the darkest of dark... blade of blades! A large sword with moderate damage and high impact is yours for the taking.

Note: Commanders, you may have noticed a change in player power level after the 14 update. The reason for this is that we've made some adjustments to power levels to support Promoted survivors and Super Chargers for the upcoming Venture's seasons. Additionally, we've corrected some bugs associated with how it was being calculated and the new power levels are a more accurate measure of what content is appropriate for the FORT stats. Husk ratings above 140 were also dramatically increased. Fear not, Commanders! While the new ratings better reflect their relative power; This is just a visual/UI change and their health/damage was not modified.
