what does evolve hero to tier 2 mean? are tiers and the star ratings different? this hero is 3 stars already. i googled and it said tier 2 unlocks the second ability. he has all 3 abilities unlocked but i cant use the skin

better keep it at purple rarity, if you upgrade until 5 star then level up rarity, you will use less upgrade material this way
