Information regarding SSD spawns

The 10.20 update had a bug fix for a progression blocker in Storm Shield Defenses. Implementing this fix resulted in some amplifiers getting attacked from new directions and unintentional overlap in spawns started to occur. In order to fix this behavior the spawns have been adjusted to prevent overlapping spawn directions, these changes will start to take effect in 10.30.

Using the Twine Peaks Storm Shield as an example with this helpful map by u/EonsHD as a reference: the north and south spawns on amplifier F, the east spawn on amplifier I, and the north spawn on amplifier D are being removed.
