[2019] Twine Base Completely Reset

(8/9/19) I was about to host a Twine Endurance for those who haven't gotten their banner. I load into my Ssd (Storm Sheild Defense) and I see that my twine base was reset stuff that I farmed (Trees, rocks, other stuff) came back and my tunnels that I had built were all gone (all amps where still placed). I reached out to the support team and that didn't solve anything I get automated messages. Its been a few days and still nothing from the support team. Anyone got advise.
