A couple of days ago, I made a post explaining that I’d got the bug where when you buy a llama and get a choice of items, you can straight up just be given the wrong item, and that I’d been robbed 1000 vbucks and not been given the mythic hero I paid for. I got a final response from that straight up just said: “We are not going to anything, file a bug report lol”.
Epic.. this is appalling.
People spend their real hard earned money on these llamas. If we can’t be sure that we’re going to get the items that we have paid for, then we simply won’t buy llamas. This is a scam and you have to reimburse all of the players that have been victim to this.
