I thought rocking riff was boosting damage by 50% and that it was not locked to ranged weapon, but after testing i do the exact same amount of damage per swing with rocking riff than without,, i just swing faster, is this normal?

Thanks for bringing this up, this is a bug and it should be fixed in 11.40.
