[2019] Do we know who Willow's VA is?

I love the voice acting in this game, and it pains me when we get new voices that, unless the VA themselves talks about it on twitter, it's kind of hard to pin down who it is, unless it's painfully obvious. So for the subject at hand, Willow's a new character and she's fully voiced as part of the questline, so I wanna know who she is, because her voice is really cute.
