[2019] Xbox Chat Disabled

Hey Everyone,

We deploying a hotfix to remove text chat from Xbox players to help identify a possible cause of some degraded stability.

As mentioned in our AMA , our performance attention has been targeting networking concerns. When bandwidth is limited (for any number of reasons - not just the quality of internet connection), there will be out of sync issues that are distinct from other client hitches. So while this may not fix some of the more egregious issues players are experiencing, it should help.
