[2020] The "bee" glitch, as I've known it, seems to still be in effect. It used to happen only when coming into contact with bees, where they would keep on damaging you afterwards, but it seems love lobbers' mist is now also causing the same kind of issue. Here it is happening to me twice in one minute.

Thanks for spreading the word! This is correct. Movement abilities (phase shift, dragon slash, etc) where a cloud has spawned can cause the to get stuck on the player. Using Adrenaline rush will resolve it.
