There are some configurations of the ghost town bomb map where A gets placed on an plateau with no land ramps so you're unable to do the mission. I had to cycle through at least 5 bomb missions to find one that worked (1 did have a working A and B but the track never activated after connecting) on top of that after finding one that did work the track we had to make was like 6+ minutes worth of escorting.
Thank you for the additional information! I've added this to my report on the bug. The team is currently investigating as we speak.
