[2019] Fix defenders please.

I've always used sniper defenders inside a box with a neon/obliterator and it's been fine even soloing PL 100 missions. However for about a week now they just don't shoot.. anything. They won't target husks even when inactive and the husks are maybe two tiles away. Was this intentional or what exactly is the problem here? Go try it for yourself. Throw a defender in a box and give him one of the weapons I listed, they won't target anything for the majority of a defense. And since the game is so broken I have to play solo this is especially irritating.
