[2022] Anyone else unable to update Save the world?

I can't update save the world in the current version chapter 3 season 3.

I have Battle Royale updated but when i go to Save The World and try to join a mission, this pops up:

I click "continue", it quits the game and pulls up Epic Games launcher with this:

If I click "Apply" with only Fortnite STW box checked, it does nothing except say "initializing" for a second, then letting me launch right away. When I try to start a mission in STW, the same "content not ready" screen pops up again.

If I have both STW and HRT boxes checked and apply, it updates! However when i go back to STW to launch a mission, it still says I need to download it, even though the update seemingly went through. Very odd.

I had the same problem yesterday. So I have restarted the computer with no success.

I verified the Fortnite files, no success.

Been searching everywhere but can't find anyone with same issue.

Anyone have the same problem, or better yet, a fix for this? I'm out of ideas.
