[2019] i got 2 joel 2 karolina

Hey everyone. I want to drop in and clarify what happened and why there are 2 copies of Joel And Karolina here. We're working to improve fall out from players that are having their accounts hacked, Heroes and Schematics recycled, and Survivors removed.

Previously, this account may not have had anything on there, after being hacked, other than Joel and Karolina since they can't be collection booked or recycled. So, when the rollback was made, a copy of Joel and Karolina was granted resulting in two copies. These survivors are unique only 1 of these should be available for players who completed their quest lines. We will be addressing this and making it right for both the game and the players impacted.
