For v26.10 here are the Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue that caused some candles to be unbreakable when completing the Desstroy Candles or Mirros quest.
• Fixed an issue where the Primal Weapon final perk “ +30% Damage to targets above 85% health” was applying to all damage and not just weapon damage.
• Fixed an issue where Piranhas did not damage a player if they were crouched.
