Hey u/BladeDestroyer1, was this occurring after the v8.11 update (Released Wednesday at 5am).
We've released a fix that has shown major improvements across the Xbox platform. We're closely monitoring behaviors, such as this, after that fix went out.
It seemed to occur right after the spear was released. I used the heavy attack on a smasher and all of a sudden it started to bug out
