[2020] $250 schematic gone cause epic changed "compare" to "collect" on nocturno.

Epic Games needs to tell me why their staff has declined returning my FOUNDERS Nocturno Schematic to me. They reply saying they can't do anything because I accidentally "collected" my FOUNDERS Nocturno Schematic. When was this "collect" EVER introduced on the nocturno?? No founders items are recyclable, never have been, never should be. Can't be collect booked either. So why was my nocturno schematic "collected"?? And they "cant do anything about it"?? I spent plenty of money for the ultimate edition, YEARS ago. Please return my founders schematic.

Spent over $250 for the ultimate edition for this schematic for it to be gone because of a "collect" button that was implemented where "compare" usually is.

Sent in a ticket but "Midel R" wasn't helpful at all.

I hope you guys also remove this collect feature from the nocturno so someone else doesn't have to deal with this BS from epic.

So please help.
