Degradation in Performance since 10.40

Hey everyone,

I know performance has been pretty rough the past couple days, here are the updates I have:

• There is a crash associated with launching a mission that effects all game modes (but is especially hard hitting in StW), the root of this issue has been fixed and will be addressed in a patch next week.
  • Some people have reported playing on Private or Friends Only as a possible workaround in the meantime.
• We missed adding it to the 10.40 patch notes, but there have been some fixes put in to rejoining missions, so some cases where this failed to work previously should successfully rejoin now.
• We are continuing to actively investigate the recent increase of server stalls.
  • EDIT: We've released a hotfix that has resolved the increase of server hitching since 10.40

Thanks to everyone who was able to reach out and provide some extra information about these issues. If anyone has more information to add, I'll be checking back on this thread later.

I'm right there with all of you in wanting to get this fixed ASAP, hang in there Commander!
