External link āI play another game as I have a friend on it (Gears 5 Horde) where the person running the game (here it would the be the StormShield owner) can kick anyone out of the game for any reason at any time.
It actually works really well. People that are not good team members get booted (and if bad enough banned from coming into their games). As far as the owners abusing it, while possible, that would be quickly self defeating as nobody wants to play with them and it leads to missions failing for them. So you do not see it.
Player 1: Give me your Guns.
Player 2: No!
Player 1: See ya
*Kicks player 2 from match*
We've definitely discussed the idea of giving players the ability to kick, or vote kick from matches. Ultimately, and with the state of how "trading" is done, it would definitely open up more toxic behavior.
I think the biggest thing we need to improve on is the current reporting system and how it actions players. This is something that I've re-raised and the team is actively working through some fixes and improvements.
