[2019] Day Ending Sound bug stays forever. With video

Can you please fix this day ending sound + indicator bug please. It doesn't go away until I get into the inventory and move my mouse over items to create another sound. Literally happens every single game and every single day end. Hasn't been fixed for months.

Other people have this issue as well.
