its commander perk says it increases pistol crit damage by 25% but i heard somebody saying it actually does 225% like it should be so is it actually do 25% only or it actually do 225% crit damage?

You are gaining the correct crit damage (225%) when you use her. :)
Don't know if the team is aware Magyst, but Ventura Ramirez as a commander is currently broken. TEDDY is not 8 titles in range and does NOT give bonus damage - making her useless as of right now as a main hero
