[2020] Throw Henchmen overboard from Yacht not working

While doing the challenge, I find that whenever I knock down a henchman on the Yacht, carry him to the edge of the boat and throw him into the ocean, the challenge would act like I didn't do that at all, leaving me at 0/3 at Stage 1. Is this challenge suffering from a bug or something?
