Description Players may experience a crash when selecting the Controller settings menu.

This crash may result in players’ controller layout becoming blank.

Platforms PlayStation 4, PC

Workaround If you keep experiencing this crash, you can contact Player Support to resolve it. Your controller layout will return to the default settings.

Please note that configuring your controller layout to the way it was when the crash occurred may make the crash occur again. This crash will be resolved in a future release.
