[2023] Fortnite School of Llama Banners Disappearing from Inventory

I completed the school of llama challenges and I received both the AXII and QUEN banner icons, but when I reopened the game, the banners disappeared from my banner menu. This same issue previously happened with the kid laroi banner icon as well.
