[2021] battle pass issue w/ skins

So I've noticed that some of the skins i'm getting with the battle pass aren't appearing in my locker despite it saying I "own" them on the different battle pass pages. I've reported this bug and spent all day trying to resolve it with epic games player support over email, and after them telling me it's because i've got two accounts, and me reassuring them that I definitely don't - (the screenshots they requested clearly show I own the skins on the same account that is not showing them in my locker) - their last email asked me to post my issue with screenshots here...? weird. anyway. anyone have a solution? It seems simple to me: can't epic games just put the skins in my locker? To be more specific, the issue is with the page 9 skins Battlesuit slone and Molten Midnight ZYG, then on page 6 with Unzipped, and then on page 3 with Voyager Sunny.
