[2022] v21.50 is live!

Hey /r/FortniteBR, Update v21.50 is live and shake Up Opponents in Shadow of Phantasm Week!

The next Fortnite update is here without a shadow of a doubt. In Fortnite Battle Royale v21.50, let the spirit of Phantasm.

As an additional note the Impostors Game Mode will head to the Vault, the Bridge is safe for now.

The Homebase Status Report for v21.50 will be announced on 9/6 after the current venture season ends.In the meantime, here are some issues that are resolved as of the v21.50 update.

• Fixed an issue that caused Husks to ignore certain build types, such as doors.
• Fixed an issue that caused players to be unable to build near or on device fragments. This prevented players from building near the objective.
• Fixed an issue with Heroes appearance defaulting to Tier 1 style when evolving the equipped commander above level 2 from lobby.
• Fixed an issue that caused Hero back bling styles ot revert after evolution.
• Fixed an issue that caused weapons to become invisible or not function correctly after using a Shockwave while Sprinting.
• Fixed an issue that caused players to be put in a reload loop after sprinting/jumping with a Shockwave.
• Fixed an issue that caused the players to glide and rotate while running.
• Fixed an issue that caused the Gadget descriptions to be missing when viewing Upgrades from the frontend lobby.

Update v21.50 has arrived, bringing you – Shadow of Phantasm Week!

During Shadow of Phantasm Week, the Suppressed Assault Rifle, Suppressed SMG, Shadow Bomb, and Shield Bubble will be unvaulted! Complete special Quests for XP while using these items. Find the Quests on the Quests page in the “Shadow of Phantasm Week” category!

Capsule Corp continues to send deliveries! The Kamehameha and Nimbus Cloud (Kintoun) items are still on the Island, just at a lower rate of appearance.

Major Bug Fixes:

• The "Dedicated Button" fire mode option on mobile is now working correctly. Unchecking the option will now automatically hide the dedicated fire button in-game if the context allows it.
  • If the equipped weapon/item doesn't support the currently selected fire mode (for example: a melee weapon can’t autofire), the dedicated fire button will still be displayed.
• Fixed an issue in which the Health and Shield bars would not correspond with the actual value remaining after taking damage.
• Fixed an issue in which the Kamehameha would refill to three full charges when dropped by an eliminated player.
