[2020] Some skins like shiver and fennix have tails, but the tail is removed if you put a back bling on, this problem doesn't affect monks

Our goal is that tails on Outfits are hidden whenever a long back bling is equipped (like a cape), however for some Outfits they are disappearing whenever any back bling is equipped.

We are working to update these items to adapt to the length of certain back blings and hide/unhide appropriately.
