I feel you, shadow bombs are broken rn... On PS4/Console if you use a shadow bomb and have a drum gun, you can use the drum gun for a good 1 second at least during the last seconds of the shadow bomb duration. It either keeps you invisible for a good second, or it lets you use it in the last seconds... i couldnt really tell but it has happened to me a few times

Would you be able to provide a video of this occurring? If you do happen to run into this issue yourself if you could use the ingame feedback system and report it as a bug that would be helpful for us to find your player logs and dig into what could have happened.
