[2020] After the latest patch to fix fps for PC, footstep, weapon, and chest audio is either extremely low or inaudible.

To update, we put out the following note on our Status Twitter:

"In yesterday's stability patch for PC, we disabled reverb and 3D audio. Reverb and 3D audio on PC are now re-enabled. '
