[2019] Anybody know how to fix this? (Game Freeze)

My game freezes like this every couple of games whenever another player approaches me. My ping jumps really high and my whole computer freezes. Any idea how to fix this? I'm in Champs and am losing more points to screen freezes than actual players.

No joke, 40% of my deaths are due to these screen freezes and it makes me want to figuratively stab myself
