[2020] OFFTOPIC: Got banned (IP-banned?) for absoluty no reason?

Hello friends, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask for help, but I checked the fortnite-forums and other sides about my problem but couldn't find a solution actually.

My EpicGames/Fortnite account just got "banned" or "deactivated", call it how you like, for absolutly no reason. The error says, I either wanted to get "deactivated", was cheating or negative.

I also streamed most of my games + uploaded a few things on plays.tv.

After creating a support ticket, which already happend a few days ago still no reply, I created a new account just to play some more games with my friends or solo.

After joining the game, I immediantly get an error:

Not using any proxy, VPN, have no lag, and absoluty not cheating at all wtf.

Is this a common issue? Is there a way to get this solved by support?
