[2020] Recent Poor Performance

Has anyone else been experiencing poor performance today. I have been getting delayed builds, weird character jitters, and overall the game just doesn’t feel right. There have also been some weird rendering issues. For example I was going to the chest above the upgrade machine in fatal. I could hear the chest but once I got inside that barn the chest noice stopped and it had already been opened. Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing weird issues today? I’m on ps4.
